The registration via the online registration form is binding. Without written cancellation (e-mail or SMS) at the latest 7 days before the start of the next course period, the duration will be automatically extended.
A course block lasts 6 weeks (excluding public holidays and holidays). Failure to pay the invoice does not constitute deregistration.
The course costs are to be paid within 30 days after receipt of the invoice. Payment by instalments can be arranged on request.
Participants under 16 years of age and students receive a 10% discount, provided they submit a copy of the relevant ID together with their registration (by e-mail). A subsequent reduction is not possible. In case of late submission the discount will be granted from the next course block onwards.
Missed lessons do not entitle the student to a refund of the course fees. If participation is not possible due to illness or accident, the missed lessons will be deducted from the next course block on presentation of a doctor's certificate.
If the course is cancelled, the lessons missed will be offset against the next course block or refunded on request.
The insurance is the responsibility of the participants. No liability is accepted for accidents, theft or loss of valuables. The course participant confirms that he/she has sufficient accident and liability insurance.
